NLC Bharat - Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the NLC Bharat App (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Use of the App
a. The App is designed for operational purposes and is intended for use by authorized personnel only.
b. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the App, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.
c. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, or any other systems or networks connected to the App.
User Accounts
a. To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account and provide certain information about yourself.
b. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your user account, and you must keep your account information updated.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
d. You must notify the App administrator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Data Privacy
a. The App will collect and use certain personal information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
a. The App and all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of NLC Bharat or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the App or its content without the express written permission of NLC Bharat.
Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and NLC Bharat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.
b. NLC Bharat does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make the App available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall NLC Bharat be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.
b. NLC Bharat shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
a. NLC Bharat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
